Introducing Tomiko San—A quiet sanctuary for sushi in the heart of Wrightsville, brought to life by Giorgios Hospitality Group.

At the helm is Chef James Nash, where deep reverence for Japanese tradition meets a distinctly modern sensibility. Sushi is presented in its purest form—essential, honest, and refined. The menu, rooted in tradition, celebrates purity, balance, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with each dish honoring seasonality and simplicity. The space itself reflects this ethos, inviting guests to slow down, observe, and savor. Soft textures and a minimal palette create a tranquil backdrop for the artistry of the craft. A striking series of hand-painted wall pieces adorns the space, created using Gyotaku—an ancient Japanese technique in which fish are painted and pressed onto paper, preserving their form in time.
