10-YEAR WARRANTY ON YOUR UMAGE DESIGN
At UMAGE, we strive to create timeless designs that can accompany you through every moment of life – from quiet mornings with a cup of coffee to busy days with children, dogs, and everything else life throws your way. Our furniture and lighting are crafted with care, using durable materials and classic forms, so they can be part of your daily life for many years to come. As an added reassurance, we offer not just the standard 2-year warranty, but a full 10-year warranty on all our furniture and lighting*.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll find the best solution for you, whether that’s repair, replacement, or a refund. If your product is no longer part of the collection, we will offer a comparable item or suitable compensation.
EXAMPLES OF COVERED ISSUES:
- Breaks in frames or joints due to manufacturing defects
- Faulty electrical components in lamps, e.g., LED panels, cords, or sockets
- Material defects in wood, metal, or upholstery
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
- Normal wear and minor marks from everyday use
- Discolouration or changes in materials caused by sunlight, moisture, heat or similar.
- Incorrect assembly, storage, or lack of maintenance not following our instructions
- Accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
- Items purchased from outlet or clearance sales
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY
To activate your 10-year warranty, register your product online within 3 months of the purchase date**, whether you bought it directly from UMAGE or from one of our retailers. We will ask for:
- Name and email address
- Date of purchase, retailer, and order number
- Product name and batch number
- Photo of the receipt/invoice
Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail, and your warranty will be active.
START DATE OF THE WARRANTY
The warranty applies to products purchased from 1 March 2026 onwards.

Proper use and care will extend the life of your product. Always follow our user guide instructions as well as our care and maintenance guides to preserve both function and finish, ensuring your design remains a loyal part of everyday life – even when life gets a little unpredictable.

*Exclusions from the 10-year warranty apply to UMAGE products made from polypropylene: the Silvia, Carmina, Conia, Ribbon, Alva, and Lora collections and the IDEA LED-bulb collection.
**Please note that if your product is not registered within 3 months, you will be eligible for the standard 2-year legal warranty.
