Submit a Grievance or Concern

At UMAGE, we believe in creating beautiful designs while contributing positively to people and the planet. As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, we welcome feedback and encourage stakeholders to raise concerns related to our operations, products, business conduct, and supply chain.

This grievance mechanism is available to employees, suppliers, business partners, customers, local communities, and other stakeholders who may be affected by our activities.

Concerns may relate to:

  • Human rights or labour rights issues
  • Health and safety concerns
  • Environmental impacts
  • Unethical, harmful, or illegal behaviour
  • Discrimination, harassment, or misconduct
  • Violations of UMAGE's policies, Code of Conduct, or commitments
  • Other concerns related to UMAGE's operations or value chain

If a concern does not fall within the scope of this grievance mechanism, we will explain why it cannot be processed as a formal grievance and, where possible, guide you to the appropriate channel.

  • You do not need to provide evidence to submit a concern, although detailed information will help us investigate.
  • Raising a concern in good faith will not affect your relationship with UMAGE.
  • Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by local law.
  • Reports may be submitted in your preferred language.
  • If you disagree with the outcome of a case, you may request a review.

Please complete the form below and provide as much information as possible. Relevant documentation, photographs, or other supporting materials may be attached where available.

  • We acknowledge receipt of your report within 7 days.
  • We assess and review the concern, typically within 30 days, and may request additional information if needed.
  • We communicate our findings and any planned actions. For anonymous reports, we will investigate the concern but may not be able to provide direct feedback.
  • We confirm the resolution of the matter or explain the next steps where further action is required.
  • We review this grievance mechanism at least annually, taking into account the nature of concerns received and lessons learned, to ensure it remains effective and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

UMAGE is committed to ensuring that anyone who raises a concern in good faith can do so without fear of retaliation.

All reports are handled confidentially and information is shared only with individuals directly involved in assessing and resolving the matter.

We investigate all concerns fairly and take actions proportionate to the nature and severity of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Gathering information from relevant parties
  • Involving internal functions such as HR, Compliance, ESG, or Management
  • Working with suppliers or business partners to implement corrective actions
  • Improving policies, procedures, or controls
  • Taking steps to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future

Thank you for helping us strengthen our positive impact and uphold our commitment to responsible business practices.
