10-YEAR WARRANTY ON YOUR UMAGE DESIGN
At UMAGE, we strive to create timeless designs that can accompany you through every moment of life. Our furniture and lighting are crafted with care, using durable materials and classic forms, so they can be part of your daily life for many years to come. For projects ordered through our contract market, we offer a 10-year warranty on our furniture and lighting*, in addition to your statutory rights.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The 10-year warranty applies to products purchased through an UMAGE contract order. It does not apply to purchases made for private use, whether through umage.com or through our retailers. These purchases are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll find the best solution for you, whether that’s repair, replacement, or a refund. If your product is no longer part of the collection, we will offer a comparable item or suitable compensation.
EXAMPLES OF COVERED ISSUES:
- Breaks in frames or joints due to manufacturing defects
- Faulty electrical components in lamps, e.g., LED panels, cords, or sockets
- Material defects in wood, metal, or upholstery
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
- Normal wear and minor marks from everyday use
- Discolouration or changes in materials caused by sunlight, moisture, heat or similar.
- Incorrect assembly, storage, or lack of maintenance not following our instructions
- Accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY
The warranty is linked to your contract order. If something goes wrong, contact your UMAGE contract representative or submit a claim via our claim form, and include your order number and photos of the issue..
ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR PRODUCT?
If you have registered your product for our 10-year warranty, your warranty remains valid on its original terms – nothing changes for you. To make a claim, use our claim form and include your warranty registration details.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR DESIGN
Proper use and care will extend the life of your product. Always follow our user guide instructions as well as our care and maintenance guides to preserve both function and finish, ensuring your design remains a loyal part of everyday life – even when life gets a little unpredictable.

*Exclusions from the 10-year warranty apply to UMAGE products made from polypropylene: the Silvia, Carmina, Conia, Ribbon, Alva, and Lora collections and the IDEA LED-bulb collection.
